CONSPIRACY THEORY…?
Denial of the reality of extraterrestrial life has been the unremitting policy of our national establishment since the early 1950s, despite the persistence of the UFO phenomenon and overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Few who have taken the time to examine this issue closely could dispute that our national leadership manages a massive cover-up or policy of ‘denial’ with regard to verified existence of UFOs/Extraterrestrials. The ‘official’ game is played something like this: UFOs don’t exist—never did. People who see them are ‘crazy’—and even if the ‘powers that be’ did know they were real, they wouldn’t tell us anyway! Policy generously funded by public tax dollars—thank you!
A discrete glimpse of our government’s fundamental attitude toward public disclosure of the reality of extraterrestrial life is openly stated in an official document published in 1960 by the Brookings Institution—a government ‘think-tank’–commissioned to examine the overall social impact of manned space missions which were scheduled for launch over the ensuing decade by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. In the Brookings report titled, “Proposed Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs”, we find we find consideration that ultimately space missions might possibly confront extra-terrestrial life, and concern that the reality of such exposure could, in fact, precipitate the “disintegration” of our social structure through radical “changes in values, attitudes and behavior”.
The report explained that, “anthropological files contain many examples of societies, sure of their place in the universe, which have disintegrated when they had to associate with previously unfamiliar societies espousing different ideas and different life ways…”
The report also went on to single out two groups most vulnerable to negative impact of such a revelation, those being fundamentalist religions and the science community. The report concluded that to avoid devastating social change it might be useful to withhold disclosure of an ET reality from the public. This, of course, flies in the face of NASA’s stated policy that such a discovery should be promptly shared with all humanity.
This rationale for non-disclosure was further emphasized by former assistant the Executive Director of the CIA, Victor Marchetti in 1979; “We have indeed been contacted, perhaps even visited by extra-terrestrial beings, and the United States Government, in collusion with the other powers of Europe, is determined to keep this information from the general public. The purpose of this international conspiracy is to maintain a working stability between the nations of the world, and for them, in turn, to maintain institutional control over their respective populations. For these governments to admit that there are beings from outer space with mentalities and technological capabilities obviously far superior to ours, could, once fully perceived by the average person, erode the foundations of the Earth’s traditional power structures.”

Marchetti’s statement is revealing. He candidly defines the UFO cover-up as an “international conspiracy” to protect “traditional power structures”. However, one must wonder if the rationale behind this international cover-up is intended to protect the ‘masters’ rather than the ‘masses’. Perhaps the imperative to keep the public at large ignorant of life beyond planet Earth goes deeper than the need to maintain economic and political stability between nations. Whose agenda is really served by such strident policies of non-disclosure? Does a ruling elite conceal a darker intent by imposing a shadowy veil of secrecy designed to hold the masses in ignorance, like cattle in a holding pen? Does the presence of extra-terrestrials pose a threat to the international power brokers who hold this planet firmly in their grasp with all of humanity as their hostages? Or do the power brokers themselves actually serve a carefully concealed agenda for diabolical alien invaders–an agenda that cleverly manipulates the “values, attitudes and behavior” of the masses to serve their own purposes?
British author/lecturer, David Icke, in his book The Robots’ Rebellion, (published by Gateway Books, 1994) outlines how human “values, attitudes and behavior” have been ‘engineered’ down through history by secret societies to serve a vast scheme of global dominion. In his book, Icke describes how a cabal of elite financiers and politicians is spinning a global web designed to entangle national politics, economics and the mass media into a single network for the purpose of coercing Western Civilization into accepting a monolithic, one-world state. The process is euphemistically referred to these days as ‘globalization’. He outlines how, like docile, compliant sheep the general public is being herded by the media, by economic pressures and by legislation into accepting the subjugation of the managing elite. The masses are being ‘stage-managed’ into accepting a fate they would otherwise fight to resist. A conspiracy of global proportions is dangerously close to achieving its grand climax.
Sound like fringe paranoia? If so, David Icke shares some esteemed company with names like Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson and Abraham Lincoln, for they too feared the machinations of the ‘unseen hand’.
The ‘stage-managing’ works something like this…
One of the imperative goals of the ‘one-world-order’ is the elimination of individual rights. Of course, should our government leaders openly make such an outrageous demand of the population, the masses would rise up in open rebellion. Therefore a scenario must be devised whereby the masses willingly relinquish their individual rights for their ‘protection’. The technique is called ‘problem-reaction-solution’. For instance—Problem– national leaders could stage a “Reichstag fire”, or blow up the battleship “Maine” and then proclaim the nation was under dire threat from vicious ‘terrorists’, Communists, Nazis, Muslims or Martians–whatever. Reaction—a terrified populace demands protection by its government. Solution—the government offers more protection to the people at the price of imposing more and more scrupulous surveillance. Deal! So naturally the masses happily surrender their privacy, for by doing so, their security is firmly guaranteed. And through the media the masses remain hounded relentlessly with the threat of more and more terrorist violence, from which they demand more and more protection. Solution achieved! Exactly what the powers-that-be had intended all along, and now the people are trapped, by a cunning manipulation of ‘values, attitudes, and behavior’, more tightly than ever in the iron grip of the ruling elite!
Pretty slick, huh?

Such techniques of ‘social engineering’ are not new. They’ve been used throughout human history and in many cases employed by ‘secret societies’, one of the most notorious of which was known as the ‘Illuminati’.
Around the time of the American and French Revolutions, secret societies were all the rage in Europe. It was deemed most stylish and fashionable amongst the privileged elite to seek membership with such groups, each one competing to be more secret and exclusive than the other.
In Bavaria, an enterprising Jesuit professor of cannon law, named Adam Weishaupt, concocted a secret organization culled from the elite of the Grand Orient Masonic Lodge, purported to be the most secret of all, and he called it the ‘Illuminati’. Soon earning a notorious reputation for its ambitious seditious intent, Bavarian authorities altogether banned the sect of ‘Illuminati’ from its borders. Undaunted, Weishaupt and ‘Illuminism’ disappeared underground and eventually spread throughout Europe. “The great strength of our Order lies in its concealment; let it never appear in its own name, but always covered by another name, another occupation”, was Weishaupt’s directive. The avowed goal of the Illuminati was abolition of nationalism and the establishment of a one-world-state. Weishaupt’s motto was, “the end justifies the means.”
Almost one hundred years later an inflammatory document surfaced in Europe that was nothing less than a Machiavellian blueprint for world domination. Its title was The Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion. Purported to be evidence of a Jewish plot to subjugate the world, this document fueled the fires of European anti-Semitism and persecution. Yet closer inspection suggests the ‘Protocols’ may have been an abridgement of a writing from “some Masonic organization or Masonically oriented secret society.”
Authors, Henry Lincoln, Richard Leigh and Michael Baigent in their book Holy Blood Holy Grail, describe the ‘Protocols’ as something out of a James Bond thriller—“a blueprint for nothing less than total world dominion.” The obvious Jewish references in the text were likely supplied to divert attention from its true authors. Yet some passages read as if originally penned by none other than Adam Weishaupt himself, for indeed they echo the stated ambitions of his…Illuminati.
Consider these excerpts from David Icke’s book “The Robots Rebellion”…
“…The Goyim are a flock of sheep and we are the wolves. And you know what happens when the wolves get hold of the flock.”

(The term, ‘Goyim’, means cattle, or in this context a derogatory reference to the unsuspecting masses.)
“We shall create an intensified centralization of government in order to grip in our hands all the forces of the community.”

“In order to give the Goyim no time to think and take note their minds must be diverted towards industry and trade. Thus all the nations will be swallowed up in the pursuit of gain…that is gold, which they will erect into a veritable cult, for the sake of those material delights which it can give…”

“It is indispensable for us to undermine all faith, to tear out of the minds of the Goyim the very principle of the Godhead and the spirit and to put in its place arithmetical calculations and material needs.”

“…In the first place we keep in check all countries, for they well know that we have the power to whenever we like to create disorders or to restore order…In the second place, by our intrigues, we shall tangle up all the threads which we have stretched into the cabinets of all states by means of politics, by economic treaties, or loan obligations.”

“The recognition of our despot may also come before the destruction of the constitution…when the people, utterly wearied by irregularities and incompetence—a matter we will arrange for—will clamor: away with them and give us one king over all the Earth who will annihilate the causes of discords—frontiers, nationalities, religions, state debts—who will give us peace and quiet which we cannot find under our rulers and representatives.”

These excerpts are, of course, but a mere sampling of a far more lengthy text that details manipulation of governments, the press, public education and national economies, all of which echo Adam Weishaupt’s haunting imperative, “the end justifies the means.” Are these ‘Protocols’ the rambling rantings of an obsessed madman? Or are they the framework of an incredible plot perpetuated over innumerable generations by individuals meticulously screened through degrees of initiation in secret brotherhoods, bound by blood oaths and all dedicated to accomplishing the “great work of the ages”—the establishment of a monolithic, one-world order? Adam Weishaupt is dead and has been for 200 years, yet the fulfillment of his ambitions and those of the ‘Protocols’ can be witnessed with chilling reality each evening on CNN.
It must be carefully noted, it is not the intention of this commentary to defame any group or religion. Who authored these ‘Protocols’ is not at issue here. Whether it was indeed written by Zionists, Freemasons, the Vatican or a raving lunatic is of little importance. What interests us here is, who implements these directives today…and why?
Does all this Machiavellian population stage-managing serve only a handful of super-rich international financiers merely so they can own fancier yachts or live in grander mansions? Or have generations of the human population existed to be nothing more than hybrid cattle, mindlessly entertained by a never-ending cavalcade of political contests, Super-Bowls, Disneylands, shopping malls and perpetual wars, to distract them from the truth that they are entrapped in a prison covertly engineered by masters not of this Earth?
Does a clever cabal of secret societies, whose roots reach back to the Mystery Schools of ancient Egypt and Babylon, actually serve unseen masters from other worlds or dimensions, who invisibly manage humanity for their own deceptive purposes? Could the ‘all-seeing eye’ staring relentlessly from atop the Masonic ‘pyramid’ actually be ‘alien’?
An institution was established in New York City in 1921 innocuously titled, ‘The Council on Foreign Relations’ the founding president was John W. Davis, personal attorney to J.P. Morgan.
Virtually every President of the United States, since its inception, has been a CFR member–not the least of which being, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama. Regardless of political party affiliation, Republican or Democrat, the American voters elect a President who is a representative of the CFR. The primary agenda of the Council, whose members include the world’s corporate, banking, military and media elite, (ostensibly a ‘good-old-boys’ club) is to ensure international economic stability. The Council’s covert agenda, as stated by member Admiral Chester Ward, former U.S. Judge Advocate General of the Navy, was the “…submergence of U.S. sovereignty and national independence to an all-powerful one-world government.” At this point it might be worth noting that the CFR is also interlocked with so-called ‘think-tanks’, namely Rand Corporation, Hudson Institute and the Brookings Institution.
This brings us back to the Brookings Institution study of 1960, which dealt with the possible impact of extra-terrestrial contact and how such an event might effect public ‘values, attitudes and behavior.” The successful structuring of a one-world order, either the ‘Protocol’s version or the CFR’s is absolutely dependant upon careful managing of public ‘attitudes, values and behavior’.
Global power is directed and maintained by skillfully crafted public perceptions—a tightly contained construct. The carefully woven paradigm that entraps Western Culture is based on a compelling illusion that humanity is an accident of evolution—alone in a godless universe. Humans are mere physical beings who exist only for their material needs. This perception coupled with an economic crush whereby the masses spend virtually their entire waking existence grubbing for paychecks to merely survive, leaves little time to question the validity of such a system. The whole edifice of a one-world order is designed to create a population of consumer robots.
The goal of world domination could never be achieved with a population of ‘spiritually enlightened’ individuals.
Recall the ‘Protocols’ imperative…“It is indispensable to undermine all faith, to tear out of the minds of the Goyim the very principle of the godhead and the spirit, and to put in its place arithmetical calculations and material needs.”
Human spirituality—the rediscovery, I suspect, of our spiritual core identity is the ultimate key to liberation–this truth has long been revered by many groups of indigenous peoples around the world, and the reason why they have been so ruthlessly suppressed–for they have been aware of the true ‘conspirators’ pulling our strings.
The full text of the ‘Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion’* reads like the ravings of a demon or alien that utterly despises the humans of Earth, yet desperately envies them as well. How ironic it would be to discover that it is our individual human ‘spirit’ or life-force energy that is this demented entity’s most coveted prize! To discover that the primal, human, life force or ‘soul’ is, an energy so precious that, like food, this malevolent parasite is compelled to access it vicariously. And how ironic it would be to also discover that the single purpose for structuring a One-World-Order; is for the global ‘harvesting’ of this energy as an absolutely guaranteed food source! The great tragedy of which, would be how our fellow humans in high office were duped and seduced into assisting such a despicable social aberration!
Yet, perhaps there is hope. Consider this text from Extra-terrestrial Friends and Foes, by George C. Andrews. (Published by Illuminet Press, 1993.)
“…other-dimensional predatory parasites…have been manipulating us as we manipulate cattle since time immemorial. Their hypnotic control over us is so complete that hardly anyone even begins to realize that they actually exist. But just as one can take effective measures to rid oneself of a tapeworm, when one realizes what the problem is, so humanity now has the opportunity to rid itself of these other-dimensional extraterrestrial parasites. An ever-increasingly widespread realization of the true nature of this predatory game is what will bring about liberation.”
Ultimately the growing ‘need’ for a One-World-Order, suggests an imminent threat to the overall paradigm of population control. Perhaps something unaccounted for threatens to disrupt the harvesting process—whatever the reason, it appears that the imperative for control is ‘out-of-control’ and suggests a possible coming shift in fundamental energies or perceptions that makes former inducements for control less effective and precipitates a growing need to impose more artificial, technological inducements.
Perhaps the entire construct, propped up with phony “values, attitudes and behavior” is teetering on the brink of collapse. Author David Icke, suggests “the fast emerging global fascist state or New World Order was a desperate attempt to hold the game together and stop the awakening people—especially through microchips that are designed to artificially suppress the quickening vibrations of a awakening humanity.” (Quote from, Tales from the Time Loop, Bridge of Love Publications, 2003.)
Icke foresees a time soon approaching when the old ‘behavior’ constructs will fall away entirely. “Now is the time when all that has been experienced in previous physical lifetimes will have to be called upon because the [alien] consciousness and its expressions through the economic, political, military and industrial establishments are not going to go quietly. But have no fear that it is going to go. It is already on the way. People who are awakening are finding themselves at odds with the society in which they live, and even within their families, too. As they expand their consciousness, they are accessing higher levels of knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Those with the courage to outwardly express how they feel are challenging conventional thinking and behavior of almost every kind. They are called everything from ‘loony’ to ‘dangerous’ by those still mesmerized by the physical world. The [alien] consciousness works hard to undermine them, just as it did two thousand years ago and on so many other occasions throughout history. But it will not succeed.”
